Wow, can you believe the Fourth of July is only two weeks away?! Summer is flying by. We usually take a long road-trip to spend the Fourth of July with my in-laws in the Midwest. We swim in their pool, grill out, and watch a big fireworks display at the town park. It’s one of our favorite summer traditions, but this year, circumstances are much different and we’ve decided to stay home. I’m sure a lot of you will be adjusting your usual holiday plans too. So, if you can’t catch any real firework displays this year, you can just make your own!

I didn’t plan for this Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark to be red, white and blue but the Fourth of July is coming up soon so I guess it’s fitting! If you’ve never made frozen yogurt bark before, you’re in for a treat! It’s a healthier alternative to ice cream and you can get creative with your toppings.

I have lost count of how many times my kids have asked me to play tic-tac-toe, but when my friend Melodie gave me this cute idea, we had to try it, even though we’ve played the game a hundred times before.
